Where are your pieces made?

Our pieces are cut and sewn in Sydney, Australia.

How do I care for my pieces?

To keep your Slowe staples in their best condition, we recommend spot cleaning any marks and stains to lengthen time between washes, and then cold hand wash or gentle machine wash only when needed.

Air drying in shade is not only better for the fibres, but also for prolonging colour!

When is the next release?

We focus on releasing one perfect staple at a time, every 1-2 months. Sign up to our newsletter for early access.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Or you can view our shipping and returns page here. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of your order being delivered, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Read our full return policy here.

What happens if what I want is sold out?

If it was deemed a limited piece, or made from dead-stock fabric, chances are it isn't coming back.

However, our styles are here to stay and often re-stocked in staple colours. It's our limited fabrics that you've got to act quickly on. Rest assured a new variation will be dropped soon.

Can I stock Slowe in my store?
